The Covid Measures outlined below will be updated in due course, to reflect the government guidelines which will be in place at the time of our re-opening in 2021.
We know that you are looking forward to your stay almost as much as we are, and whilst we would love to keep things as normal as possible, we have had to make some necessary changes to our services and the way we operate. Over the past few months, we have developed a wide range of measures that will ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests as much as possible. The Dunloe Hotel & Gardens is renowned for its extensive array of guest activities and facilities, and it is natural that many of you would like to know which services will be unavailable or available with restrictions during your stay. Below is an update on our restricted services for stays from 22nd April 2021.
As it is an ever evolving climate, we will be updating the below regularly and will endeavour to operate all of our usual facilities and activities when it is absolutely safe to do so. We appreciate your patience and understanding as together we navigate this new chapter in hospitality.
In accordance with current government guidelines, guests are respectfully informed that the Restaurants & Bars within the hotel must be vacated by 11.30pm
Government guidelines recommend the wearing of face coverings when arriving to and leaving your bedroom / restaurant table / spa.
The Sauna & Steam Room will be unavailable until further notice.
The indoor pool will be open. There will be no loungers or poolside seating.
Our Breakfast Buffet has been replaced by table service, or can be served to your guestroom by filling out to the room service card the night before.
We may implement maximum capacities for certain times and areas to allow for a safe experience in our food and beverage outlets, in line with government guidelines. Reservations for breakfast can be made via the link which can be found in the pre-arrival email which you will receive 10 days in advance of your stay.
